In recent years there has been a sharp increase in focus on the 'Northern Powerhouse' helping the North to realise the agglomeration effects seen in London and South East England. 
 
We are a founding member of the Northern Powerhouse Partnership and play a key role in developing this vision. Building on our local knowledge and expertise, we conducted the Trans-Pennine Tunnel study for Highways England and are supporting the delivery of Transport for the North and Greater Manchester's transport infrastructure. 

In addition to energy and utility programmes, our work in the property sector includes working for public sector bodies including local authorities, healthcare and education providers, which will develop the all important skills required for the next generation.
