Project story
Auckland International Airport is the gateway to the nation’s booming tourism trade, with 75% of all international visitors welcomed through its doors. With its international terminal home to 12,000 staff and open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the airport’s smooth running is of maximum importance.
Brought aboard Auckland Airport’s management framework in early 2015, our people were appointed to provide project management services, which first involved design management for a number of major projects unfolding on site. These include domestic processor and extending one of the airport's piers, alongside works associated with the overall terminal development plan.
Upon the framework’s successful completion in 2020, Auckland International Airport is now fully equipped to embrace its role as New Zealand’s future-proofed gateway to the world, and to continue to welcome approximately ten million international passengers each year.
