Sky Central crowned 'Best of the Best'

Sky Central - Mace and Como's latest project for Sky - has been named as 'Best of the Best' at the BCO Awards 2017. 

The scheme was given two major awards at the ceremony earlier this week, which is run by the British Council of Offices. It was awarded both the National Corporate Workplace and the 'Best of the Best' award, a category reserved for the the most outstanding project the judges had seen this year. 

Como delivered the fit-out for the project, supported by teams from across the rest of Mace. 

The judges said: "This genuinely flexible workplace represents a massive investment in staff wellbeing, exudes collaboration at every level and has achieved excellent post-occupancy results." 

Sky Central is the latest building to open at Sky’s HQ – home to 3,500 of the 7,500 people on t he campus, which has been designed to encourage the flow of people and ideas around the business, making it easier for people to collaborate, irrespective of the department they work in.

Mace has been working with Sky since 2013 to help the entertainment company to realise its ambition to radically reshape the Sky Campus in Osterley, in west London, to provide the right facilities and a high quality working environment for employees.
