Congratulations to Mace's first Women of the Future graduates
A huge congratulations to the first cohort of Mace's Women of the Future programme who recently graduated from the 12 month programme.
Mace's Women of the Future programme is a key part of Mace's gender diversity programme and run in partnership with the world’s largest network and learning development platform Every Woman Network and WISE, a campaign to promote women in science, technology and engineering. The programme is designed to help participants reach their potential by building their skills, networks and confidence.
During the programme graduation, the delegates were joined by Mace's Executive Chairman Stephen Pycroft, Chief Executive Mark Reynolds, Group Finance Director Dennis Hone and Human Resources Director Tracey Locke as well as other buisness unit directors from across the company.
Mark Reynolds and Tracey Locke both spoke at the ceremony event congratulating the delegates on their success and reminding them of what they are able to achieve with their continued hard work. She went on to advise those on the programme to focus on personal and career development in order to achieve their full potential. End of programme certificates were presented to the graduates by COO for consultancy Mark Holmes and Tracey Locke.
Mace's Georgia Bergers, Consultancy Project Manager, said: “I relished the feeling of walking into a construction forum of familiar female faces. It was refreshing. This familiarity fostered an open and trusted forum and provided tools to understand the importance of equality. In a business sense the forum has sparked critical conversations. It’s great to see Mace spear heading this agenda in the industry.”
