Mace Macro warms up to City Plumbing Supplies

Mace Macro (Macro) has been awarded a new facilities management contract for City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (CPSH) across the UK and Ireland.

CPSH is the UK’s largest distributor of plumbing and heating products and has over 370 properties in its portfolio with over 1m sq ft of space within its distribution centres. 

Following a strategic review of its facilities management requirements, CPSH held a competitive tendering exercise in which Macro came out on top. 

Under the new contract Macro will take responsibility for the management of facilities services on behalf of CPSH across its portfolio nationwide. The estate, which includes a mixture of distribution centres, office space and branches, will be supported by Macro’s in-house helpdesk service through its fm24 team.

Macro will oversee the service delivery of mechanical and electrical, emergency and fire safety, building fabric, cleaning, waste, vending and hard and soft landscaping services during the three-year contract period.
